True Nervous System Regulation – Beyond Quick Fixes
Chronic stress, constant fatigue, poor sleep, or even burnout often have one thing in common: a dysregulated nervous system.
When we find ourselves in these states, we often try to quickly introduce a new breathing or meditation practice – hoping it will help us “function” again as soon as possible. But for many, the results aren’t felt quickly enough, or the new habit gets lost in the day-to-day.
That’s usually because of one (or more) of the following reasons:
- the chosen practice doesn’t fit easily into your daily life
- you don’t have professional guidance to support proper technique
- other priorities take over and you lose focus
- you rely solely on that one habit, like 10 minutes of breathwork or meditation, without looking at the bigger picture
I created The Exhale Space (TES) to help you move beyond those challenges.
