Long stressful days and no energy at the end of your day? An autoimmune disease that you take heavy medication for? Phases of chronic stress and a feeling of anxiety?
I have been there and experienced it myself. Over the years I was able to acquire tools and techniques that supported me in building the life I love, healthy and in a body that is run by a regulated nervous system, instead of a consistent lingering sense of thread.
