The Essentials 1:1 Breathwork Programme

 This Programme has been designed for everyone that is looking for 1:1 support when diving into the world of Breath & Body based Coaching, while having time to integrate the practices in their own time. 

 It will give you a profound understanding of your own breathing patterns and based on your needs, there will be a clear path laid out for you to establish your own daily practice. 

This means that I will take you by the hand and guide you through a journey of self-discovery and growth over 8 weeks, while you also have time to integrate physically, but also into your daily life. 

Recordings and guidance will be available in between sessions, to empower you to move towards your (health) goals.

What is included

Life can sometimes be a lot, why it’s important to establish a routine that allows you to reset, destress and that helps you to become more resilient. So take a 60 minute pause every two weeks to reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, and recharge your energy. This coaching programme combines powerful Breathwork techniques, somatic practices, and Yin Yoga to provide lasting tools for balance and resilience:

Four 1:1 Breathwork Coaching Sessions over 8 weeks: Take time to gently change your habits and integrate practices that support your wellbeing.

Master functional breathing after a breath analysis: Reduce physical stress and prevent burnout, while you keep mastering your life. 

Regulate your Nervous System: Learn techniques to keep your energy throughout your day, to unwind in the evening and to find deep sleep again. 

Four audio recordings: Reinforce and integrate what you’ve learned between sessions in your daily home practice. 

Somatic experiencing exercises: Close stress cycles and integrate emotions for greater emotional stability and reduced reactivity.
