Take a 60 minute weekly pause to reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, and recharge your energy. This coaching programme combines powerful Breathwork techniques, somatic practices, and Yin yoga to provide lasting tools for balance and resilience:

Eight 1:1 Breathwork Coaching sessions over 6 weeks: Get ahead of your stress by integrating healthy practices into your daily habits.

Master Functional breathing after a breath analysis: Reduce physical stress and prevent burnout while you keep building your career. 

Regulate your Nervous System: Learn techniques to unwind in the evening, to find deep sleep and to transform fear of failure into confidence. 

Somatic experiencing exercises: Close stress cycles and integrate emotions for greater emotional stability and reduced reactivity.

Six Personalised recordings: Reinfoce and integrate what you’ve learned between sessions in your daily home practice. Each recording will be personalised to meet your needs.
