With over nine years of experience navigating high-pressure, demanding work environments and a personal journey of healing from a lifelong autoimmune disease, I specialize in helping clients regulate their nervous system, optimize their breath, and heal from chronic stress-related conditions.

My approach is deeply informed by over 1,000 hours of professional training in breathwork, yoga, nervous system regulation, and life coaching—paired with my own lived experience. I’ve seen firsthand how a dysregulated nervous system can impact physical and mental health, and I’ve dedicated my work to helping others reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom to create sustainable healing and growth.
