Regular Classes

A science based class that will work immediately with the nervous system of your team, to reduce stress, prevent burnout and enhance mental clarity.

This 25-55 minute group class can be scheduled weekly or quarterly to fit into your team’s schedule. Consistency is key to experiencing lasting benefits, and this format not only introduces new practices regularly but also helps foster accountability and long-term well-being.

Event Energiser

You are planning a long day full of talks and presentations for your team? Then you want to think about how to keep your team focussed and engaged. 

Add a 15-20 minute session with the purpose to get energy back into the body in between presentations and to create focus and ease, leaving the audience refreshed and open for the next agenda point. This is a grounding and fun session, that will leave your team energised and motivated.

Workshops

During Breathwork Workshops we will not only dive into the practical experience, but also look at the science behind the practice.

In a 30-90 minute format, I’ll give a high level overview over the connection of our nervous system to stress and burnout and how it can be influenced through Breathwork and Somatic Movements. We’ll end the Workshop with a learning techniques for nervous system regulation that can be taken home and integrated into daily (work-)live.
