Modern life is fast and requires us to perform. Too often we get sucked into this machine and don’t seem to find the space to hold still and pause or to even gather enough energy to meet friends or to be fully present with our loved ones.

At the same time chronic illnesses, autoimmune disease, as well as anxiety and burnout are on the rise as a consequence of the lack of time and space we have for our bodies and minds to recover. 

This is why getting to know your own breath, your nervous system and your whole body is essential to move out of the hamster wheel of stress, overwhelm and physical challenges and into a state of self-empowerment and regulation.

This 8-week programme is designed for everyone who is looking for 1:1 support, but at a slower pace.

It offers a gentle and flexible approach to help you reset and find balance, health and self-empowerment. With four private sessions over 8 weeks, a selection of guided breathwork recordings, as well as personal support through email, it gives you the structure and skills needed, to establish your own practice.

Take your Nervous System on a journey towards regulation at your very own pace. It’s not a race, but a long term commitment to your own physical & mental wellbeing.

This 8-week intensive programme is designed for busy professionals like you, offering a personalised and deeply supportive 1:1 approach to help you pause, reset, and regain balance.

Together, we’ll work closely to create lasting change that fits seamlessly into your life. In our weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions, you’ll receive tailored guidance and tools to then follow the personalised guided Breathwork recordings, while I will be available for individual support through instant messenger.
