One Hour for Yourself

You’re craving a pause in your daily life, or you’ve been curious for a while about how your breath can support you day to day? Then you’re in exactly the right place!

Immerse yourself in an hour of relaxation and experience your breath.

This 60-minute one-to-one session includes a breathing assessment that helps you understand your personal breathing pattern. Afterwards, we’ll work together on initial techniques that can support you in your daily life.

 

Fundamental changes in your breathing and nervous system require regular practice and guidance. That’s why this first session serves as an introductory experience – giving you a glimpse into the power of your breath, helping you build awareness of your breathing pattern, and allowing you to settle into deep relaxation at the end.
